SHIPPING

Most BLDBLZ are sold as pre-orders. After the pre-order period ends, your bldblz is produced, quality-inspected, and delivered to our warehouse before being shipped to your door.

All estimated shipping dates/timelines are listed on each product page, including in-stock items. Actual delivery dates can vary depending on your region.

*NOTE: If your order contains multiple pre-orders and/or both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once ALL pre-order items are ready.

Want your in-stock items faster? We recommend placing two separate orders — one for pre-order items and one for in-stock.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to ship and a label is printed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home!

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you request a package reroute, forwarding, or address change directly with the shipping carrier after your order has left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from that change.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipments outside of the US may incur additional customs charges. These can be subject to additional taxes/duties fees prior to delivery. These differ by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
